Shut off unexpectedly, and would not power up after ~2 weeks of light use. Replacement order underway. Seemed like a powerful machine when it was operational. Hoping it was just a bad build. Will update my review if it is resolved successfully.

A great upgrade from my old, 11 inch, HP Pavilion. The I 7 processor coupled with 16G of RAM makes for a very fast, responsive experience. Set up was easy and so far, the new machine is working perfectly.

The process of customizing was simple. I use my new pavilion to earn my degree online. I selected plenty of ram so there would be no lag when it came to having multiple tabs open and my word documents. I chose the bigger screen so that I could have more browsers open at once, helping me write while researching. The number pad on the keyboard was a bonus for me. So far, I’m loving my new pavilion.
