Took a lot longer to ship than promised. Communication, when there was any, was really late and wrong. I’ve purchased HP before and never had such a disappointing experience. I don’t anticipate a future purchase.

Love it! Really happy with my purchase. Its nice to have a laptop that is so responsive! Enjoying the touch screen, which I havn't had in a laptop before. I chose the misty blue colour and I love that too! I would have given it 5 stars - if the battery held its charge a bit longer.
