Very disappointed. I got recommended to buy the product and I did. Though I like it, unfortunately it wasn't the size I wanted 15.6". I wanted to change it to 13'' but the restocking fee is up to 15% which is not fair at all.

It seems to run slow especially for the specs I chose for it... Feels sturdy looks nice has all the features just very slow. Maybe I got a dudd tho or it's because I'm comparing it to my old laptop that was a Lenovo legion and a gaming laptop. But it's like veryyyy slow so I think it's a dudd. Maybe I can send it back and have them test it or something...

The line that is on the back of the screen towards the top it’s not put in evenly. One part is sticking out, like some kid just tried to glue it there.

Mostly it's great! There is a part on the bottom left part of the machine that clicks as if it wasn't snapped completely together. And it also crashed during a video meeting, and it wasn't my internet. That was disappointing.
