I’ve had this computer for 5 days and so far I am very disappointed. Most likely going to return. To start the battery life has been trash. My first day using the laptop the battery lasted 4.5 hours. I was running a medical charting system that could’ve sucked up the battery but still, a brand new, fully charged battery should last more than 4 hours when they say it should last more than 12. Secondly, apparently my laptop was doing some hard drive update in the background and I closed the lid? Not quite sure, but it I am now not able to connect it to the internet. Doesn’t even give me the option to connect to Wifi but what do I need to finish the update?? Wifi! So overall, I’m not impressed. It’s been a headache that constantly requires the charger.
