Need better documentation. Can't readily find way to add desktop icons. Tried to add Google to desktop and took me forever to finally accomplish this. Does HP have an agreement with Microsoft to make this difficult. In other words, they want us to use Microsoft Edge instead of Google.

The speed (with 16gb memory) is really pretty good and the screen display is quite fine. However it is a battle between this laptop and by router. It is not the router as I have multiple other devices in my home and none of them give me any problem. It is a daily, multiple times a day frustration with this laptop to stay connected to my router. If I could have sent this laptop back for a full refund I might have as the frustrations are sometimes at that level. However, I will say otherwise the laptop is pretty good.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I am very happy with this computer. It is very fast to start up and the screen has a super sharp image. It was easy to setup and it completely meets my needs. I am not into gaming so I cannot comment on using it for that purpose.

Not sure why I decided on this model, I purchased this to replace an aging HP laptop. I find myself using my Chromebook anyway; even as I write this review. Probably because my Chromebook has a lighted keyboard and the HP does not.
