The backlighting feature doesn't work. This is true of two HP Pavilions that I own. Also, the mouse drags somewhat -- it isn't as crisp/responsive as it should be.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Coco is an amazing saleswoman and a great asset to your company. She is friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. I am happy with the computer. It was easy to adapt to and transfer all the files from my teaching job. My only complaint is that the battery life is not as long as I had hoped. I was looking for something with at least 8 hours. This one only lasts about 4.

A bit disappointed. Keyboard is a bit sluggish. No automatic switching between headphones and speakers when headphones are plugged in or unplugged. Decent graphics. Sound quality average.
