It’s all good except when I opened the box the laptop came with a dent, I would like to know if I can get it replaced, and if I can how long it will take.
I've been very pleased with the desktop computers I've had from HP. The first lasted for over 13 years before I finally had to replace it (it was slowing down because of all the files and programs I had, but was still perfectly serviceable, if slower). I recently replaced it with a new desktop which I am very happy with, so when my laptop (made by a different company) started having issues at only two years old, I turned to HP for a new one. It took a while to get to me because it was a customized build and there were some supply and shipping issues, but so far I have found it to be an excellent laptop. It came with everything I needed and is fast and easy to use. I'm very satisfied with my new laptop and would recommend HP to anyone looking to buy one.
I am not a fan of the white on beige keyboard. The letters are very hard to see in anything but bright light. I also paid extra for a backlit keyboard, which barely emits any light and was a huge waste of money. The touchpad is hyper-sensitive. I've been using HP's for over a decade. I love my current Pavilion but it's getting a little laggy so I wanted to upgrade. Not at all happy with the new model. In fact, I'm using my old one to type this, to avoid using it. I also miss the touchscreen. I'm only using it for business, so hopefully, it will be suitable for basic office functions. A lot of money for a word processor.

Havent even had my laptop for a week and already having power issues. It won’t even turn in. I’ve looked up all help issues and forums. I’m not about to unscrew the bottom panel and I attach the battery come on HP!! This never happened with my Dell. That and Customer service is a joke.
