So far, so good! We’ve actually never been a Keurig family (we always just make a full pot since my husband drinks it ALL day long) but we received one years ago as a gift and use it occasionally. I wanted to clear some counter space so I purchased this skin design and was excited about the added benefit of an ice coffee feature. My only real complaint is that I wish the ice coffee option brewed 8oz instead of 6oz—it’s a little short on liquid which is unfortunate. Only other thing I can say is that it would be nice if it came in other color options, but that’s minor (only 6oz ice coffee isn’t minor 😞). Otherwise it has been very good and we have used it more than we did our old in 10 yrs.

WORSE COFFEMAKER I'VE EVER PURCHASED.. IT IS MECHANICALLY INCORRECT.. NO MATTER WHAT KCUPS I USE THE NEEDLE AND ANOTHER CURVED STRUCTURE COMES DOWN AND BREAKS OPEN THE KCUP BEFORE THE LID IS SHUT FOR BREWING. STILL NO REPLACEMENT FROM KEURIG
