Don't Descale

We bought this machine and loved it until it was time to descale, the first machine I got would not descale I called customer service we went through the process and nothing. They sent me a new unit two months later time to descale again this one goes through the process shuts down and now won't power back up. it says to descale until the add water light comes on well that never happened. They are sending me another new unit but I will be without a coffee maker for up to 7 days. Love the unit but I guess I won't be descaling it because every time I try the unit breaks.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Worked for 3 months

Really enjoyed the coffee during its less than 3 month lifetime. It began barely putting out any coffee, so thinking it was time to descale, I did the descaling process. Still very little output of liquid. So I cleaned the needle . Did not help. Second Keurig to fail within 3 months this year, different models. I’ve had Keurig coffee makers for many years with no problem. Luckily I saved a very old one so we can have coffee tomorrow. Don’t think I will be purchasing Keurig coffeemakers in the future. The new technology seems to be lacking.
great replacement for my old Keurig. brews really fast; The iced feature is great and slim design for my crowded countertop; also, great deal with commitment to buy pods which i would be doing anyway! I do wish it had an on/off switch, but other than that, it is wonderful.
