Great iced coffee but jams every single day

I bought this iced coffee machine about 4 months ago specifically for the iced coffee feature but whenever I try to brew a cup, about 2ml of coffee will come out before the keurig pod area begins to smoke and destroys the pod. The only way to prevent this is to brew three cups of hot coffee and throughly clean out the cup area of the machine which is ridiculous and time consuming for a machine meant to brew iced coffee. Keurig cleaning pods do nothing and do not help and I don’t know how this product can be ethically marketed when it is cheaper and less time consuming to drive to Starbucks instead.
Great product specially for Ice Coffee which was the main reason why I bought it. I’m very happy & glad I made this purchase. I recommend it! The price is great too & worth it!
After having a single cup Keurig coffee maker for many years, it finally stopped working. This new, updated model with the option for iced coffee and a water reservoir is so great!! I love it and recommend it!!
Great product but can't register it online. I lnow I entered the serial # correctly but contiues to say "error" etc Wondering if that's because it's a newer brew over ice model and # not in your system yet.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I am very happy with this purchase. I love the convenience of a slim machine with the water in the back…it makes a good cup of coffee. I also absolutely love the iced feature for iced tea and coffee.
