A complete letdown

Good god I do not get the appeal of this machine. I had never heard of it before and as a sucker for iced coffee when I saw this in my email I was immediately intrigued. Read so many reviews and decided to purchase. I got it today and immediately tested it out. First cup (after the clean cup) was absolutely disgusting but I figured hey it might be the pods I chose (Starbucks half blend which are absolutely disgusting) so I tried another pod I had and while the coffee itself wasn’t as bitter, the cup was absolutely disgusting overall. Temp was cold but not iced cold, but the ice made it taste incredibly watered down. I’m returning.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this new keurig because it saves a lot of space in the kitchen. Also, aside from hot coffee it makes cold coffee too. Single serve coffee is always good. You don’t waste coffee on this one. Highly recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off, SO EXCITED to receive a Keurig. Second thought.. it’s plastic..? Taking it out of the box I was scared to break it because it felt like cheap plastic. It proved me wrong, it’s been working great. I’ve been using it for 2-3 months now. It works great for making iced coffee - the only way I drink coffee. I did have an issue with the pods the second and third time using the Keurig. The coffee grains spilled out of the top of the pod and spilled out into the machine and into my coffee. I don’t know what happened. I guess the pod wasn’t put in properly? I’ve been very careful how I place the pod into the machine ever since.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely love this coffee pot and that I can have iced coffee when ever I want and it taste like it came from a coffee shop. I love that it only takes a few seconds to make a iced coffee. Taste fresh no matter if it’s hot or cold.

excellent coffee maker! definitely worth buying

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an awesome invention, not only can you make hot coffee but also iced using the same machine. it is slim and lightweight, it can hold a nice amount of water and uses k pods (so you can buy your coffee pretty much from anywhere!). I definitely enjoyed both the hot and the iced coffee alike. the only possible improvement I'd say is maybe a larger water tank so you don't have to refill the water often if you're a big coffee drinker.

Great for an afternoon pick me up

I usually use a French press and make strong coffee. this one just makes a good regular cup of coffee. si perfect for and afternoon cup of joe. I like the fact I can make hot or ice coffee. the one thing I would improve on is choosing how much I want for ice coffee. it only makes about 6oz. the slim design fits great on my counter top.
