Underwhelmed. Not much to say, just ehhh. Also, don’t think it does much with the iced feature. Sorry, not impressed and will be returning. One more thing, I don’t see it as good customer service that we’re responsible for the very expensive return shipping charge.

My OG Kuerig died, RIP. Excited for a new one. The Keurig sounds like it has a UTI as it squirts the coffee out. If you think it's gross reading it try being in an office with this sound. This is minor cosmetic damage but the 10oz button is visibly sunken, irritates me every time I look at it. It'll try to up load a photo later. I emailed Kurig CS for a return and day 2 of no reply so this is my next option.

I bought this item due to the fact that it made ice coffee. But when making the ice coffee it still come out steaming hot. If I would had known I would had just gotten a regular Keurig.

Doesn’t Work

I got this machine for Christmas and I’m so sad that it doesn’t work. The ICE option brews a teaspoon of coffee and steams/smokes when brewing. And it burns the coffee on a regular brew. Disappointed

Iced Coffee Problems

This coffee maker was given to me as a gift for Christmas. I have problems every once in awhile with the iced coffee. I will put the Kpod in there, then there is a lot of steam that comes out and about an ounce of iced coffee and it shuts off. It doesn't do this every day but at least once a week. I called customer service and she asked me to try different things. We used the Kpods and it worked. Now it is doing the same thing with the steam burst and an ounce of coffee.
