I've owned several Keurig machines. The older ones lasted years and with daily use of several cups of coffee. This model is just pure TRASH. Do not waste your money. I only use it once a day on my home office. On a rare occasion twice. It's only 9 months old and it will not turn on. I'm so annoyed and will be looking for another brand if possible for single cup use.

My son and I both love iced vanilla coffee. He is a Cadet at the USMA at West Point. I ordered him this K-Slim + Iced single serve coffee maker for his Birthday. It fits perfectly in his barracks room and he can now have his iced vanilla coffee. This will make the next 4 years at WP start off great on a daily basis. Go Army!

WORSE COFFEMAKER I'VE EVER PURCHASED.. IT IS MECHANICALLY INCORRECT.. NO MATTER WHAT KCUPS I USE THE NEEDLE AND ANOTHER CURVED STRUCTURE COMES DOWN AND BREAKS OPEN THE KCUP BEFORE THE LID IS SHUT FOR BREWING. STILL NO REPLACEMENT FROM KEURIG

I used to not be a big fan of kurig, (1) because the pods used to not be recyclable and two it was hard to make iced coffee with it. But since now the pods are recyclable and I saw that they came out with this Hot/ cold brewer machine I’m in love! It brews the perfect hot or cold cup of coffee in the matter of seconds!!!! Worth every penny! Never been so excited about a coffee maker ever.

We Thought it was defective

Right out of the box we were getting an "Add Water" event. We were able to sneak in a cup or two then it would do it again. After 2 or 3 days it went away as if all little air pockets had to work their way out. We've had it for 10 days and no problems since then.

I love love love this slim little coffee maker. It’s so easy and so fast and makes great hot coffee and perfect iced coffee. Fits nicely on my counter top and doesn’t take up any space. You won’t regret this purchase!! No complaints at all!!
