Great iced coffee but jams every single day

I bought this iced coffee machine about 4 months ago specifically for the iced coffee feature but whenever I try to brew a cup, about 2ml of coffee will come out before the keurig pod area begins to smoke and destroys the pod. The only way to prevent this is to brew three cups of hot coffee and throughly clean out the cup area of the machine which is ridiculous and time consuming for a machine meant to brew iced coffee. Keurig cleaning pods do nothing and do not help and I don’t know how this product can be ethically marketed when it is cheaper and less time consuming to drive to Starbucks instead.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I was very excited when i saw this coffee maker as it makes Iced coffee, but its only good if you drink a small cup ,you would need to use 3 pods to make a large, iced coffee i returned it as i was sad it does not make large

Slender and Compact but with all the abilities and power as the bigger models! Love my new slender coffee maker and the iced coffee option is a real bonus! It fits so nicely on my counter.

I purchased this particular Keurig for my new RV. Fits perfectly. Although I haven't used it yet, I know the quality of Keurig because of my still working Keurig at home and a previous one. Can't wait to try the Iced feature!
