Really enjoyed the coffee during its less than 3 month lifetime. It began barely putting out any coffee, so thinking it was time to descale, I did the descaling process. Still very little output of liquid. So I cleaned the needle . Did not help. Second Keurig to fail within 3 months this year, different models. I’ve had Keurig coffee makers for many years with no problem. Luckily I saved a very old one so we can have coffee tomorrow. Don’t think I will be purchasing Keurig coffeemakers in the future. The new technology seems to be lacking.

I love my new k-slim, the slim size is just what we needed, old K-Cup machine was good but it was getting tired and getting some working issues so we retired it.

I've owned several Keurig machines. The older ones lasted years and with daily use of several cups of coffee. This model is just pure TRASH. Do not waste your money. I only use it once a day on my home office. On a rare occasion twice. It's only 9 months old and it will not turn on. I'm so annoyed and will be looking for another brand if possible for single cup use.

Really wanted to love this because of the iced feature but I have a few issues. The space between the base and the brewer holds a weird size iced coffee cup. The travel mugs I have that I would brew single servings in are too tall. I have to brew the coffee in a mug then pour it into my travel cup. Also, the Iced setting is great in that it brews a little cooler than normal but it’s a small amount that comes out. You are unable to select what size cup you would like to brew over ice. I have to use 2 k-cups to get to a 10-12oz cup. I like the look of it, but having the water reserve in the back makes it a little cumbersome to refill. The other single brewers I’ve had- have the fill on the top so you just flip it and pour. This one needs a little maneuvering.
