Disappointing that the voices aren’t

Disappointing that the voices aren’t the original from the movie. Jodi Bensons voice is what makes Ariel who she is… hence the whole point of the story. The story I think could have been longer but I understand I may not be the target audience. Also I was confused why the voices in the story were the originals but in the songs they were changed. I think most of the tonies would be infinitely more enjoyable with the original voices in the songs. That’s why these characters are so loved. Bc of their voices.
