Range is great to use. All burners have same BTU but are fully adjustable. The convection oven speeds up cooking and evenly cools.

Just had it installed last week, October 24, 2033. Beautiful, seems very well built, it's heavy, great full extension oven racks, brass burners are gorgeous, light quickly and have plenty of power.

Can't get a hold of anyone

Oven doesn't work. Turns on...then shuts off immediately. Trying to reach someone to send a technician out since we have paid for insurance and it's under 2 months old.

The oven is a beast. It is right on temperature and bakes evenly. And the racks are the best; they glide with ease. In addition, the oven cleans up nicely. You will not be disappointed with this oven. The wok ring works great with each of my three different sized woks. All pots and pans slide with ease across the grates. The top of the stove cleans easily, too.
