“Great customer service and attention to detail. I ordered a gas stove and had several issues. I called for assistance and Forno made sure to walk me through one issue with the orifice and replaced the grates immediately. Forno made sure that it was right. Instructions could have been better for setup, especially changing out the orifices. Love the stove!

Would be perfect if the glass on the oven door was properly installed. It is sitting inside of the oven door frame. The company said they will get it fixed. We’ll see how long it takes. Other than that, very nice range, BTU output is very strong compared to my last range.
