New range delivered and requested assistance with LP conversion issue with flame being to high. So far, service respnse has been good.

The oven does not keep the correct temperature

The oven temperature switch does not maintain the temperature correctly. I love to bake! However, whenever the oven has to heat up during the baking cycle, it usually goes beyond the set temperature. I had to add my own thermometer to make sure I will catch the temperature I need. That's the big downside because I have to babysit my oven... Also, the light bulb went off during my first few months of usage. Other than that, it is a good range.

Great oven some minor issues

Oven is great the internal fan won’t stop and squeaks and one rack fell off

Almost Perfect!

Beautiful Range; delivered with very good packing; no damage to outside at all, but when I opened the crate, there was damage to the inside of the blue oven!! This was obviously there during manufacturing and present at the time of packing for shipping. Love the range, but Quality Control is not very good! How can you pack something so well and not notice there is a huge flaw inside the oven???
I am happy to say that so far the response to my notification that there is a problem has been very fast and hopefully the new part will be shipped quickly..

beautiful unit-no live person support

I called about one of the burner knobs as it appears to be defective. It is rough to turn and if it is left in place on the stove, it constantly tries to light the burner. I was disappointed to have to send an email to figure out a remedy instead of just being able to talk to a live person. Love the looks of the stove, but I have not used it yet.
