Great stove, but an early problem

So far we love the stove until today where we are concerned that the oven is not shutting off. It's still warming even though all the knobs are turned to off. Hoping they will help!

Forced to leave review when registering warranty

Haven't gotten to use the range yet. The doors don't shut properly and the door handles were not shipped with the range and are missing. Attempting to get this corrected with customer service at the moment. Customer service has been kind and prompt thankfully

Great for the price.

This was a great option for an 8 burner, two over dual fuel range at a lower price than competitors. So far things have been good, however I am consistently having issues with the flame height not changing when I go from high to medium. I checked all the components related to an lp conversion and have tried adjusting the height but still not much difference in flame unless I go from high to simmer.

Beautiful range.

This is a replacement for another 48 in 6 burner stove that we had trouble with for the entire 4 years we had it. After looking at several replacements, we decided to try the Forno.
We have had this hooked up for about 4 days. The only issue we are having is the power burner does not want to light and the large oven does not heat to the temperature it is set at. These issues should be able to be adjusted by an appliance specialist which we are working on.
The range is beautiful and so far the few things we have made have turned out great. The cookplate/griddle is wonderful! it is cast iron and really heavy, which I like. Not like the thin ones you get with other stoves. It heats evenly and everything I have made has turned out perfect. So far we are very happy with our purchase, and when the two minor things have been adjusted it will definitely be a 5 Star!

Poor temperature control

Overall it is an alright unit, but the temperature control for the oven is terrible. It is anywhere from 25-75 deg hotter than the dial. Contacting customer service for assistance

We only just installed the stove so I cannot comment on longterm use. It has seemed to work quite well so far. The flames are very large even at the lowest setting for cooking, but I believe there is a way to adjust them down so we will try to work on that.

Beautiful and Efficient

We have had our range for a month now and it is working wonderfully. Everything cooks so much faster and the included cast iron griddle makes the best pancakes. A perfect choice for a home cook who wants to experiment with recipes
