First off.. the way it was packed and shipped was amazing. It arrived several days early and I wasn't quite ready for it ,but that was actually better than waiting. We haven't used all of the burners yet but I really loves the simmer burner. I melt butter in no time on it and don't have to worry about scorching. Then I use the convection broiler on MAX and my garlic toast is ready in 3 minutes!!! I couldn't believe it! I can't wait to broil a lobster tail ! The glass door in the oven is also a major plus, my old DCS did not have one and it really makes a big difference, especially if you are learning to bake with convection, you can see how done your cake or anything for that matter is. I think we will be super satisfied with it. So far my wife and I both love it!

Mixed feelings

Love the aesthetic and the service was Second To None. When the unit was delivered it was damaged and the part was sent out within a couple of days. There doesn't seem to be any adjustment on this burner simmer setting but we were aware of this from other reviews. Also, it would be nice if the control dials were lit and if there was a indicator light for when the oven reached set temperature. Other than that we are still evaluating. Overall we are generally pleased.

Worked for Two Weeks and Then Just Stopped

We were "provided with" the Forno Galiano 36 inch, dual fuel (gas and electric) stove as a replacement through our home warranty company for our Dacor 36 inch range, which was significantly superior iin every respect to this product and model. The gas burners on the Forno stove top worked perfectly well for two weeks after installation and then stopped completely. After a tedious amount of back and forth with Lowes, the provider/installer who sent out two technicians who had never even heard of Forno, they provided us with the contact number for Forno, we discovered that you CAN NOT speak with anyone in customer service directly and that they will ONLY communicate with you via email. After much back and forth by email with Forno, giving them every bit of data we could possibly provide, AND providing a video they have finally agreed to provide some technical support. We have had the product less than two months and at this point without a stove for a month and are extremely dissatisfied, not only with the product, but also the (lack of ) customer service!

Worked amazing for 12 months

Stove was a 5 star review. Worked amazing for approx. 12 months. Turned oven on the other morning and after approx. 3 min heard a loud pop and sparks flew out from behind oven with a burning rubber smell which then flicked the breaker. Oven is out of commission as of now still waiting to hear back from Forno who only communicates too you through email. Still under 2 year warranty so fingers crossed for a good outcome then I can change my review back to 5 stars..

New 48" 8 Burner top

Finishing up our kitchen remodel. Just got stove installed yesterday and absolutely love the way it cooks, love the looks. Wife is even enjoying cooking again.

Product came slightly dented and one scratch from Best Buy but so far customer service very responsive sending replacement parts. Will review again when installed, Looks very good, hoping will work as well as it looks.
