Great range, beautiful white doors in our new kitchen remodel cooktop cooks both for high range and simmer very well , cooking is precise and temperature is stable for all the cooking time selected

I’ve had my Forno Capriasca 48” Gas Double oven for about a month and I absolutely love it. I was beyond scared and hesitant to get an “affordable” professional stove compared to the high end brands, so I took my time researching the most reliable model Forno offered. According to my research this model had the highest rating among Forno’s 48” gas stoves for reliability and durability. I use the cooktop 3-4 times a day and have 0 complaints, the brass burners are gorgeous. I use the big oven about 2-3 times a week but haven’t really used the small burner. As many reviews mention, the knob for the oven does get a bit hot while running the oven - but that’s the only complaint I have. I had my stove installed by professional gas plumbers and I would encourage everyone else to do the same.

Bought 48’ gas stove very happy with this unit. Had to convert from gas to propane and had a one of the burners to adjust it to operate with propane, waiting on tech
