Will be happy if the oven is fixed. The electric element on the small side of the oven shorted and will not work. The large burner is not adjustable and the flame produces soot on the pots.

Love the range with the duel fuel. High quality. I work with a lot of Commerical kitchens and these products are as close as you can get with Commerical quality without mortgaging your house to buy them.

Very convenient

Happy with product and the ability to use two ovens at once. Just started using smaller oven and during fourth use heard a loud buzzing and saw a flash of light come from the oven. Now it's inoperative and when I examined the inside I could see that the top electric heating element had burnt in two.

Need to make a required LP gas conversion but the instructions are not correct or complete. No support line of any types is reachable by phone, and all numbers immediately direct only to email correspondence. No such email correspondence is returned for any of these addresses despite daily attempts for two weeks. It’s like the support facility has disbanded.

The first delivery of our new range the range was damaged. Second range delivery, the first crew damaged our front door and claim was denied. The first crew said they would not be able to install and a second crew came later that day and they did a nice job.

Very Loud Fan

There is a fan that is very loud after the stove is running and continues to be loud for about an hour after the stove is turned off.
