Warranty

Registering stove warranty. Seems simple. We waited to hook up stove for gas install. When install was completed the ovens weren’t kicking on. Trying to use warranty to have ovens repaired. The item itself is gorgeous, now we just need it to work.

New gas range

Looking to find service for my range. The door on the large oven hasn't sealed properly since it was first installed, therefore doesn't get to the proper temperature.

Pleased, but cannot find instructions on how to adjust the oven thermostat. I have to set the knob to 425 to get the oven to reach 350

Great stove except knobs get really hot

This is amazing stove and we love it so far. The onions do get quite hot when using the oven so we have asked for replacement knobs that do not conduct heat. Other than that,, it’s fantastic!
