Great Product but missing conversion kit parts

Love the stove but cannot use the double burner yet as the installation kit did not have the LPG conversion orifices in the package.

Decent range with some problems

The positives: Sealed cooktop is great, easy to clean. Looks very nice. So far the cooktop burners are all working very well. The price is incredible, I appreciate the mission statement of affordable quality appliances.
The negatives: The small oven door never seemed to close right, so the knobs and oven surface would burn you if you touched them while using it. Upon further inspection, that door has some damage on the inner panel near the hinge, which might be the problem. Not sure if this is related, but the actual oven temp, using an oven thermometer, is nowhere close to the oven knob setting. Makes it nearly impossible to cook things without under or over cooking.

No Ignition of burners or oven

Good so far

I have had my range for 2 days. It has worked well so far. I baked cookies and they came out fine. I have not cooked anything else yet. I look forward to using it more. That is really all I have to say as of now.

Good looking oven

Just started using it, so far so good. The manual is confusing and not very clear. I wish it had an actual preheat function and indicator when the oven reaches temperature. It defines preheating as turning on the broiler for a couple minutes - that just heats the oven randomly, which isn't true preheating.
