Catching on fire when heated at 450 or higher

This range has caught fire twice. Once in the main oven and second in the smaller side oven

Bolt for gas connection cracked

I need help! I can use this product that I just purchased from Best Buy. The connection piece for the gas cracked during install. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Im concerned that this could lead to a gas leak.

Cant get a holdvof anyone about damage range

We purchase a range in November and unpacked it the knob for the oven is broken. We email a few time and have not hot a reply. We need to havevit fix.
