It gets hot very fast, and the 8 burners is awesome for my large family. The grill tops came broken but customer service was quick to send me new ones!

Love the cook top, big oven, but the smaller oven is 25 degrees off of what is stated on the knob.

Front handle came in loose (unable to tighten) Need to contact customer service, which i have not done yet.
