Posted by: patricia
All knobs get really hot when oven is on, burned my hand turning off. Just hooked up so will add later. my model Forno gas 4448
Response from Forno Appliances By Forno Support Team, October 13, 2023
As a commercial inspired range, the unit can get hot but rest assured all our units pass rigorous safety certification such as UL certification. Please reach out to us at info@forno.ca so we can ensure you range is functioning properly. moreover, we can offer special heat shield knobs free of charge.

Have not had any experience with customer service

Have not had any experience with customer service I am forced to write a review for service I have not received yet but the quality of the unit is very nice. I am excited to make contact and to see if my concerns are taken care of. But for now I'm trying to come up with 50 words so I can finish registration to see if I can get the small oven working.
