Good product but broken

Good product, but broke on first use. The range was said to come already converted to propane, but did not. Used 1x after conversion and the ignitor broke.

Shipping container is almost as impressive as the look of the range. Haven’t used it yet, I’m just here for registration.

Just started process.
So far it’s easy, but will have to wait and see.

Received this oven on time and in great condition. The packaging was the best I've ever seen. Waiting for the kitchen to be remodeled to try it out.

It was a great start to response to my issues. I am currently in contact with the support team. I hope all the problems I am having are corrected promptly.
The oven itself is beautiful! I love the eight burners and two ovens. ( small oven has the issues)airing this out here due registering for warranty....
