Starting the Forno Journey

Just got my new range yesterday, so it is hard to give a good review. Thus, a review to register the product should not be a requirement. the appliance. With that said, the Capriasca Gas Range is powerful. It is important to keep the flame at the correct pot size when boiling with small pots or getting to a boil will be slower than you expect. Love the griddle on the 48"stove and fact that it is moveable is a plus. Made my complete breakfast with it this morning. It took a little bit for the oven to get to temperature, but it appears to be set well based on my oven thermostat reading. I have not used the small oven yet. All in all, I am happy with my purchase.

Nice range But!

There are a few things we don’t like but over all we like our range. The rubber feet on the burner grates have a tendency to fall off and get lost. And the reignite temperature on the ovens are set to low. I had to adjust the high side of the thermostat because they were set to low. Directions to adjust the thermostats is hard to find. The base around the burners is painted and should be porcelain. Also the ovens are short front to rear. All the 48” ranges we looked at could take two full half sheet pans side by side these can’t.

Forno Beats Both Wolf and Thermador

I have a spectacular vineyard estate property in Sonoma County, and when I built the winery home I researched all the commercial-grade 48" ranges. I chose the Forno because, unlike the Wolf and Thermador ranges, the Forno has a true 8 burners with a removable griddle and grill. That flexibility has proven to be invaluable. Forno service has exceeded expectations. I highly recommend this product.

Arrived damaged

My range arrived damaged . I am currently waiting for the parts department to respond back to my request to replace the trim pieces. Shipping was quick and range looks great except the damaged areas. I hope to receive necessary pieces to make it 100% again.
