Beautiful range but takes forever to preheat!

Love the look but the simmer is not low enough and it takes forever for the oven to preheat. I am going to contact support.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. Regarding the simmer function the inner ring of the burner is used for simmering only, while the outer ring remains off. This burner is rated at 20,000 BTU, providing both high heat and precise control when needed.
As for preheating, please be aware that it can take up to 40 minutes for most ovens to reach the desired temperature, depending on the setting and conditions. To help minimize preheat time, we recommend setting the oven to 'Broil' for a few minutes, then switching to your desired temperature.

've been using my Forno 36" gas range for over six months now, and it's hands down the best upgrade I've made to my kitchen. From the moment I unboxed it, the build quality stood out—solid stainless steel construction with a sleek, professional look that elevates the entire space. It's not just a stove; it's a statement piece that feels premium without the exorbitant price tag.
Cooking on this beast is an absolute joy. The dual ovens—one conventional and one steam—offer incredible versatility. I baked a three-layer chocolate cake in the main oven while simmering a hearty beef stew in the steam one, and both came out perfectly moist and evenly cooked, thanks to the precise temperature controls and convection fan. No hot spots, no guesswork—just reliable results every time. The six burners, including two high-BTU power ones, heat up lightning-fast and give me restaurant-level sear on steaks or a gentle simmer for sauces. Cleanup? A breeze with the continuous cast-iron grates and self-cleaning cycles that actually work without filling the house with smoke.
What I love most is how it fits seamlessly into daily life. It's energy-efficient, quiets down to a whisper when not in use, and the soft-close doors add that thoughtful touch.
