Great features for allotted space.

We built our house in 1971. This is our third GE drop-in stove in 49 years. Needless to say our first stove lasted much longer, 39 years, but all appliances lasted longer years ago. We have been very satisfied with the GE stove for the space allotted for this appliance.

Suites my needs well

This is a great unit had some issues right from the start but they were taken care of. I would have love to have had an owners guide to explain all the features of this unit. That was very disappointing to me. It is always nice to have a manual to go by should something happen the manual will help me to better explain my issue. I’m still adjusting to my unit but I am enjoying it.

Great looking, simple operation

Would have given a 5 rating but can’t seem to get completely rid of the burning plastic smell when cooking. In use now for almost a month. And NO we didn’t leave any packing material on. When I lift up the top plate I see what looks to be a melting going on near the burners. Don’t think this is normal.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I had to replace my old range and this range met my dimensions. It seems to have the features I need. It looks sharp and is easy to use. As I use it more, I think I will be very satisfied. I also had a GE drop-in range before.
