First machine came with damage, current machine had defective door and microwave doesn't work when we get a downpour!

This is a replacement for a previous same model. This one wouldn't fit all the way in the opening so the front hangs out about an inch at the top. The oven door grated when opened and closed. A tech came out and said it would smooth out. That was okay as long as air didn't leak out the sides. I'm in Arizona and we don't get much rain, but now it is monsoon time and everytime it rains hard, the microwave sends me a message saying I have to push the fuse switch, wait 30 seconds and switch it back. Then it works. My fuse box is outside! Yesterday, I called the tech help number on the literature, and got a woman with a foreign accent. She kept saying that if it works after I change the fuse switch, then it is working! The main oven is fine, but the problem is with the microwave oven. It works fine when it works. I want to add that Electrolux was very helpful when I had problems with the first combo oven and brought me my new one as soon as they could. Meanwhile, I don't know how to reach somebody for help who can check the problem.

If your fuse is tripping whenever it rains, water may be getting into your wiring and causing a short circuit. This would not likely be an issue with the microwave itself - we would recommend contacting your installers or an electrician to ensure your fuse box is protected from moisture. Simply Impressive!!

However, using this oven and microwave combo is simplistic in it's operation, finally an appliance that is not overly complicated to use. Anyone can use this oven combo....

Oven is great but microwave doesn’t work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced an older Frigidaire combo unit with the newer one. I really liked the combo and had the perfect space already prepared. It looks beautiful with the other new appliances but the microwave does not work except gives us the time. After waiting for the authorized repairman a few days we are in limbo because of parts. Would love to give a better review. If I had to choose a unit to go out I would choose the oven because we use the microwave so much. So a huge problem not having a microwave.

We own a top rated bed & breakfast in North Georgia and an oven we can count on is a must. This Frigidare heats up fast! The convection, which we use often really moves the heat around for even cooking. We're very happy with this

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My old oven burnt out and I purchased a Frigidaire 30" electric. I was hesitant because it was a convection. Well, I am so happy that I did buy it. I have absolutely cooked everything in my new oven and love it. It is so quiet, it makes me wonder sometimes if it is working. My cakes, cupcakes and casseroles have come out fantastic!
