Enjoying our brand new Frigidaire oven combo

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently purchased a new combo micro/oven as the centerpiece for our brand new kitchen remodel. It is three inches wider than our previous oven and a little deeper. The microwave is also larger. Each unit is working perfectly and the stainless steel matches the rest of our appliances. When I was a kid in the 60s. my parents swore by this brand. Now I see why!

This unit replaces a different model that was over 10 years old and malfunctioning. Time will tell whether this unit is more reliable -- I had good experience with Frigidaire products.

Great Microwave/Oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This combo Microwave oven is the only appliance in my kitchen (all new appliances) that hasn’t broken on mez it’s been awesome. This sounds weird but I’ve never used a stronger microwave, I’m adjusting my usual times for reheating foods. The oven is fantastic, quick to heat up, holds temperature great, and the touch screen is super responsive. I wasn’t sure if the touch screen interface would be laggy like some car dashboards but it is super quick and easy to use. Overall very happy in the first 3 months.

It is quieter than the old unit, and the controls are very user-friendly. The features and performance of the oven and microwave are very good.

I like how much it fits in my kitchen and does not distract from my other stainless appliances. My only complaint is that the size of the microwave is pretty small. This combo was a replacement for another brand / model oven / microwave combo and my previous microwave was much larger.

So far so good

It's not uncommon for new ovens to have a slight smell during the first few uses, as this can be caused by the heating elements burning off any residue from manufacturing.
