Beautiful to listen too over and over.

I purchased these speakers around 6 weeks ago. The voice and highs on this speaker are just phenominal. They lack a bit in the lows but that's not why I purchased them for. I wanted a set of speakers for the mid and highs and these are perfect. I have fell in love with them, ans for me they are perfect. These are my first Klipsch speakers and they are a pleasure to listen too over and over again. These are keepers until something better comes out, but I don't know how you can get more perfect than these.

Klipsch E-Klipsch's Other Speakers
on May 2, 2025

As I have read and heard from other notable reviewers such as Erin (Erin's Audio Corner), Andrew Robinson and some others on YouTube, even when they review most other noteworthy bookshelf speakers either highly priced or moderately priced, they can't seem to leave out the Reference Premiere RP-600 M II as a comparison. Whether or not the other speaker slightly edges out the RP-600 M II, it is always somewhere in the picture. Speakers like the ELAC Debut 3.0 DB63, Debut Reference DBR62, the MartinLogan Motion Foundation B2, MartinLogan Motion XT B100 or even the B&W or Wharfedales which some have high-end hefty prices, the Klipsch is usually mentioned in comparison to performance at half the price or less. This speaks volumes when a speaker is so close in sound comparison to other models being reviewed either high-end or moderate priced. Even Crutchfield's new Sound profile explanation shows the Klipsch up there with better choices. You don't have to take my word for it but at least read and check out reviews and see for yourself, that these speakers are more than worth the accolades they've been getting. I doubt very much that those that have heard and tested them would mention them with such high praise if they weren't.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a record player with onboard speakers and the are horrible. I got these and the are phenomenal. Such a clear sound with fantastic base and clear tone. They are easy to hook up and look so beautiful. I would recommend these to anyone including my friends and family.

Bad reviews have an equipment problem not 600M'-II

I have used Klipsch speakers for the last 30 years. I am a fanatic over this brand knowing higher quality exists and excessive pricing mostly are available. I am used to the Klipsch floor standing speakers as they fill my living surrounding entertainment rooms. Currently, I am on a 5.2.4 set up. I read about these RP-600M-II for a while and lately many user statements praise them high. I needed it to find out and pulled the trigger purchasing a set. Wow was my first reaction. I know and understand about the bad reviews, and I figure. they have an equipment problem not a speaker issue. Highs and lows can be adjusted to your will. RP-600M-II perform -engineered to almost perfection.

Excellent upgrade to the RP600M

Right out of the box the new RP600M II sounds so much better than my RP609M’s.
Nice and bassy like Klipsch is known for.
The new Tweeter horn and internal structure greatly improves clarity and the midrange is not muddy.
Kudos to the i veneers for getting this upgrade right.
Not be misled by the bookshelf catagory this speaker holds.
It will hold its own with many tower reference speakers.
I highly recommend equally to a first time buyer and current owners .

Highly Efficient and Reasonably priced. 2-4 watts

I had very specific perimeters for the speakers I needed. Foremost was they were going to be driven by my SET amp putting out only 2-4 watts. They also needed to be compact enough to fit next to a bedroom dresser on 32” stands. They also had to be reasonably priced, though I looked at speakers up to twice as much, particularly as this is for a second system and I needed to keep the overall cost down.
I settled on the 600M IIs over everything else including the previous model 600Ms. I decided on a Schitt Saga II as a
preamp with a WiiM Pro Plus as the source. The Saga is interesting because it offers 3 gain levels, Passive, Level 1 and Level 2. I began listening after setup on the Passive mode and have tried the other levels but I’m able to listen at sufficient volume in Passive Mode.
The sound may be a bit bright in the higher frequencies but it’s more dependent on the source as at equal levels other songs sound just fine. The WiiM has an EQ which is helpful.
Given my requirements this is the ideal speaker for me. To be able to listen essentially direct from the WiiM through a 2-4 watt tube amp to the speakers is a very satisfying and frankly incredible experience.

Just Perfect for me -- the Klipsch I waited for...
on September 12, 2025

Ok... so I know a lot about sound and how much it has changed over the years. But for whatever reason, I never prioritized this over other things in life... well the time finally came. I picked up a set of RP-600M II (more excited given the reviews – “more refined sound, but still a Klipsch” was EXACTLY what I wanted... Sorry ol' Klipsch-lovers. I always thought they were OVER-eq'd for their distinct style. I do NOT want Klipsch to lose their uniqueness, AND I love these things, perfectly!) and EVEN on my ancient Sony Mini system (I mean; the oldest 1990's non-special amp you can get... well... at least it is a Sony.) these sound AMAZING!!! Crossed over sub at 80hz and balanced the levels; then listened to Spokey Dokey on Spotify and you can hear his breath between the harmonica playing!!! Yeah... I really was NOT listening to sound before. Worth it! I would say, IF you are in a smaller setting (15x20 perhaps) the RP-500M II would work just fine. Don't get me wrong, I am enjoying the power and presence of these, but if you're tight on coin, just get the 500's and step into a new era of sound. Enjoy!

*OUTSTANDING* Sound

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When it comes to speakers, Klipsch is the standard. My brother-in-law did a deep dive into all things audio and recommended these. Boy was he on the money. The low-end sound is deep and rich while the high-end tones are crisp and clear. The two speakers are the only two I would get for bookshelf speakers. The black design and look is also outstanding. Simply great speakers.
