Great product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used it on home carpet and mat, This machine does a good job. I feel like a kid with a new toy. Its wonderful, it works great. I used it for the carpets of my house I think if you want it to be a machine that lasts long enough you need to give it proper cleaning and maintenance.

Lightweight fabulous cleaner!

It was so lightweight and easy to maneuver with one hand for carpet cleaner that is such a bonus! It got up so much dirt and dog hair out of my carpet. With a toddler and a new baby and a dog, this is exactly what I needed in my life right now! I would definitely buy it again, and recommend it for anyone who is looking for a cleaner!

Better than the 2 carpet cleaners I have

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My house is about 70% carpet and I have 3 dogs so a good carpet cleaner is a must. I put the Tineco up to a really big challenge, an old roommate left the carpet beyond stained with spilled drinks, food and god knows what else. I did before and after pictures of all the stains and I have to say I am very impressed with the results, used MAX function for most of it. Way better than what my old one did, I really thought this carpet was a lost cause. I found the process quick as well, I think because I really only had to run over a really stained area twice and it was cleaned. The carpet drying feature was also way better than my last, and I thought that one was great as it cut the drying time in half. I did the room in sections, and by the time I was done the first section was just barely damp and dry within the hour. Everything assembles very easily as well, compared to my last 2 where I would have to put a compartment in several times to get it in correctly. The upholstery/spot cleaner also works way better than my two, the pressure is great to release the cleaner and comes with 2 different types of bristle attachments. I would say my only con is where the dirty water compartment sits, it can get a bit heavy to push. But overall, the pros far outweigh the cons with this machine.

Solid option for carpet cleaning

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I already had the little green steamer (see dog and love for light coloured furniture thus the need for steam cleaning) however the idea of trying something more powerful and larger was enticing. The Tineco carpet cleaner was a lot faster and great for large carpet areas. It took a bit to assemble and it wasn’t totally clear where to put the filter and how to get everything going. I also had to try removing and reinstalling the clean water container a few times. The light indicators are great and it covers and area fast. The water container does empty quickly. Overall I was happy with the result and the brush/hand held attachment was easy to use for spot cleaning and furniture.

Great vacuum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We already owned a wet vac and a cheap vacuum for every day use, but this vacuum does it all! It looks pretty slick, but personally I find all the options confusing! I will definitely have to read the instructions to see what all the options are.
Pros:
- it does both wet and dry cleaning so no need for 2 vacuums
- it works very well for dry cleaning on carpets
- it heats the water so you don’t have to put hot water in
Cons:
- it’s kind of heavy
- I did not think that the handheld vacuum to do stairs and furniture worked very well

Powerful carpet cleaner!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This carpet cleaner did an excellent job at extract dirt, dust, and odours! The heated technology gave me confidence that my carpet was getting a deep, refreshing clean without leaving any residue. The vacuum was easy to use, put together, and simple to clean. I also found the spot cleaner to be very helpful in cleaning my carpeted stairs and small messes made by my dog. My only complaint is that it is hard to maneuver around corners and can get pretty heavy if you don’t empty out the dirty water tank frequently. I definitely recommend this carpet cleaner!

Easy to use and a good cleaner

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this on all my carpets and even my stairs. I was shocked by how dirty the water was after I cleaned them! It really did a good job and easy to set up and use! I didn’t feel like the dry function really dried the carpet at all The accessory hose didn’t seem to do quite as good as job as the main vacuum but overall I really like this product and it will save me lots money on hiring someone!
