Broken right out of the box

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been trying for a month now, but I can't figure out why the dirty water tank keeps reading as full when it's empty. I've tried to register the Tineco iCarpet Compete on the product site, but I couldn't find the model I have. I don't know why it won't recalibrate back like the other sensors, but I guess I just happen to get that one percent of new stuff that's defective right out of the factory.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I first assembled this, which was super easy, I was a tad bit worried about how effective it will be as I thought because the machine is made from a lightweight plastic I was concerned. However it works great. And being lightweight is a plus!! This machine can clean carpets and upholstery- couches, sofas, recliners etc. The accessory hose is a whopping 8 feet long making it perfect to reach all areas of the stairs or the car seats- cleaning up all the spills from the kids in the back seats. The two separate tanks are great- one tank is for the clean water and the other tank is for the dirty water. Both tanks have handles so that makes it easy to empty, rinse and refill. There are different modes you can choose for your specific need at that time - max mode for a pre professional cleaning, accessory mode and dry mode. On dry mode no water squirts out but it sucks up A LOT of the water used to clean therefor speeding up the dry time. When the dirty water tank reaches the "full" mark the machine will shut down - safety feature! The heated wash and bristles on the brush really get deep down into the carpet fibers to remove stains. You will be surprised. You really will see how dirty the carpet WAS when you empty the dirty water tank! But after cleanjng with the Tineco iCarpet you will know it really is clean !!

Need more instructions

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first time using a carpet cleaner and the experience is quite overwhelming and underwhelming at the same time. It comes with a manual but no clear instructions on how to operate like how the spray works or the speed you should move the vacuum at. It took me some time to set up only to encounter technical issue and ended up solving it myself because the manual doesn't give you clear directions nor the website support. Once everything was in working order it was easy to use however I didn't see a noticeable difference in how my rug looks afterwards. It's a nice refresher but for the time and power required I'm not sure if this is worth the effort.

Great Wet Vaccum with heated drying functionality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So i was little skeptical to start with this brand as I have not heard about same. I have the other big brand green on-new but its bulky and talked a lot of time to dry out.
So when i got this i thought to give it a try open minded. First surprise was how good looking this was in white color and not any random dark color. I startd to wash my floor carpet and was pleasantly surprised the the cleaning is in par with other brands but what was the real icing was the heated dry function. That really knocks out other brand as the heated function really works and is not a gimmick.
The only drawback is that you need to go over area multiple times to dry but once you have gone over area around 5-7 times to dry you will see the carpet dry after 30 mins in a normal summer day. Which is really good as you don’t need to wait overnight to fix this.
Also for cleaning you have to put a little effort as there are multiple parts as a normal wet vaccum but it’s manageable.
But in all we are very happy with this vaccum!

Amazing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This carpet cleaner is amazing! The first thing is that it was so easy to assemble. Assembly was quick and easy. Using the carpet cleaner for the first time was simple too. And it really works- the color of the water that came out of my carpet was disgusting. I would recommend this carpet cleaner.

Just what I needed!
