not reliable, need help

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 5 months ago I was given a house with this brand of appliances (refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave oven, oven) but I have had several problems with all of them, to start with the oven the door fell off, the dishwasher sounds too hard, and now the refrigerator It shows a high temperature signal, I have tried by various means to communicate with this company but I have not been able to, I think this will be my last option, I appreciate you contacting me because the appliances are relatively new and have. many faults.

Not happy at all

Brand new Freezer works ok. Ice maker is great. Fridge won't cool below 60°. Today is Wednesday, July 26th. Not coming to look at it until August 5th.

Wasted space

There is a big opening between the crispers and the bottom shelf. Is there a deli drawer available? I can't believe one doesn't come with it! Why would anyone need 2 tall shelf openings? This is a ridiculous waste of space!

Horrible

It does what it needs to do, keep stuff cold. But whenever you leave the door ajar, an alarm will go off, which is a good feature. Expect my fridge’s system has malfunctioned and the alarm beeps no matter what I do. The fact that there’s no easy way override or stop this obnoxious beeping is absolutely deplorable designing. I can click the “Alarm Reset” button but it only stops for 5 minutes. I will never buy a Frigidaire product again, nor will I recommend it to anyone.

Good fridge except for one thing.

Overall we like our new fridge. The one complaint are the glass shelves in the refrigerator side always seem to slide off on the front corner. It seems like it may need something to hold the shelf in place to keep it moving from side to side.

Garbage

Purchased this fridge on 9/7/2021 and it's 2 months out of warranty and started making this awful sound then a day later the warm sensor started going off and not it doesn't work at all. With no help from the manufacturer, I will have to buy a new fridge. First researching whoever owns this brand and not purchasing from them again. Of that's even possible! #monopolies.

High temp issue

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased my frig on the 19th of October and it’s October 29 and it’s been doing is saying high temp and my refrigerator side is not keeping cool but my freezer is don’t know what to do help with solution I haven’t had my frig no more then 2 weeks
