The Best

One didn't work right from the very beginng, the other had to much steam coming out the oven door and fried the mother board. The last one was just a little cheaper and did not cook evenly. This one the Bosch is perfect. Both sides of the oven cook the same. The burners on top can do a real simmer and then boil at the turn of a knob

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had this oven a little over a month ago, and generally, I'm really, really pleased with it. Induction cooking takes a little bit of getting used to, but it's really indistinguishable from gas unless you need a wok ring. you really can boil water much more quickly! It may not generate quite as much heat as my old gas cooktop, but truth be told, everything I've made has turned out wonderfully, so no complaints there.
Some of the comments below have said that the oven's temperature isn't accurate, and I haven't found that to be the case. Also, I just used the multirack backing option, and that too worked wonderfully.
Downsides: the stove really is louder than I thought it would be. It's not as bad as others have said, but it can be a little annoying. The fan goes on at 250 degrees, and goes off quickly as the oven cools down. I've taken to opening the door to speed things along. Also, the telescopic rack is not available for the 30" model, which is what we have.
Really, the only semi-serious downside is that the oven dial is beneath the lip, and the options are written in tiny print. So it's very hard to read. I don't know why the engineers couldn't have either made the print larger or have some indicator on the control panel.
All told, this is a great range, and I look forward to many years of cooking on it!

Beautiful and efficient

Both the stovetop and oven quickly and efficiently heat/cook food. Stovetop is much easier to keep clean that expected. And, we like the way it looks.
The only problem encountered so far is that the oven racks are difficult to slide in and out. Also, the print on the knobs is very small and difficult to read.

Burners heat up quickly and technically so far works beautifully, Two things to address: One, is the space between the stovetop and the back fan grid, where food may collect. The other issue is more a problem for older people, like myself, who needs reading glasses...The knobs are hard to read for me ...the numbers are small. Luckily the numbers also show up digitally on the stovetop, but maybe the font on the knobbs should be a little darker and larger for us aging people. Other than that, it's beautiful to look at !
