Excellent induction oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not only does it look great, but it is very precise with temperatures and compatible with the cast iron and stainless pots and pans we had. Makes cooking and baking a pleasure and accurate!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very beautiful, works well and replaced a viking (non induction range) that I had for years. The only change I would recommend is that the knob (oven) settings are difficult to read since they are under the overhang of the cooktop. Other than that-great appliance,

The Best

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had 3 ovens in the last 10 years. One didn't work right from the very beginng, the other had to much steam coming out the oven door and fried the mother board. The last one was just a little cheaper and did not cook evenly. This one the Bosch is perfect. Both sides of the oven cook the same. The burners on top can do a real simmer and then boil at the turn of a knob

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had this oven a little over a month ago, and generally, I'm really, really pleased with it. Induction cooking takes a little bit of getting used to, but it's really indistinguishable from gas unless you need a wok ring. you really can boil water much more quickly! It may not generate quite as much heat as my old gas cooktop, but truth be told, everything I've made has turned out wonderfully, so no complaints there.
Some of the comments below have said that the oven's temperature isn't accurate, and I haven't found that to be the case. Also, I just used the multirack backing option, and that too worked wonderfully.
Downsides: the stove really is louder than I thought it would be. It's not as bad as others have said, but it can be a little annoying. The fan goes on at 250 degrees, and goes off quickly as the oven cools down. I've taken to opening the door to speed things along. Also, the telescopic rack is not available for the 30" model, which is what we have.
Really, the only semi-serious downside is that the oven dial is beneath the lip, and the options are written in tiny print. So it's very hard to read. I don't know why the engineers couldn't have either made the print larger or have some indicator on the control panel.
All told, this is a great range, and I look forward to many years of cooking on it!
