We Are Thrilled

It's interesting to me that manufacturers want reviews days after you purchase their products. My inner response is, "Well I havent had it long enought to really know it." That being said, after a month we love our Induction range. Everything cooks faster, that's noticable right away. The convection oven crisps things nicely. I like that a timer is included on the range. I wish the notification sound when the stove reaches temp was louder, but that's no big deal. all in all, after one month we are thrilled with our new range.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great appliance; simple and clean design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've been using the BOSCH 800 Series Induction freestanding range for a few months now, and we absolutely love it. It's the perfect range for anyone who loves to cook. The induction cooktop is incredibly fast and efficient, and it heats up evenly across the entire surface. Although we don't use the oven as often, it is more than capable and the convection feature is nice to have.
A nice touch on the design are the manual knobs and very simple digital interface. It is a modern, high-functioning stove that doesn't feel like it's overloaded with features you'll never use.
Note that the default legs that it comes with look like metal, even though they are plastic.
Other features we appreciated: easy-to-clean surface, sleek look, and slim profile (fits nicely into our shallower countertop size).
Overall, we're very happy with this appliance, and would highly recommend it.

Very clean look

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love this new range. Easy to clean itself and as well as under it because of the legs which elevates the range off of the floor. It is a bit noisy when using the oven and can take a long time to cool down after cooking is finished. It helps to open the oven door a crack after turning the oven off to minimize the length of time that the cooling fan runs (which is quite noisy).

Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did a lot of research and paid a lot of money for this range. I wanted to love it but very disappointed. When I turn on the stove, a moderately loud fan comes on venting heat out towards the back of the stove. This fan also stays on several minutes after the stove is turned off - it cannot be turned off. No range that I have ever owned had a loud exhaust fan turn on during and after cooking. We had a wonderful Bosch technician come out who said that this is normal. Honestly, I would have bought another range if I knew about the fan ahead of time.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great stove!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Induction cooking is so fast! Using this stove saves us a lot of time. Also--the controls for the clock, oven, timer are very intuitive. Hasn't been necessary to spend a bunch of extra time reading through the manual. Highly recommend this product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this induction range. There is no grease on the bottom of the pans. Cooking is fast if setting it at high temperature; however, the cooking pots and pans (Le Creuset) do not recommend using them at high temperature. As much as I'm satisfied with the induction cooking; the oven is good but the cooling fan is really loud. The electric oven I had before was nowhere near as loud as this one. I deducted one star from the rating due to the loud cooling fan from the oven.

As good as gas

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent range! As fast and responsive as gas but without the environmental and health concerns. It also feels like someone who cooks designed the stove. I appreciate having two large burners at the front rather than in the back. Also love the simplicity of the design including classic knob dials. And maybe most importantly, I appreciate the lack of connectivity, ie no wifi. I can see no logical reason why would I want that on a stove and it certainly feels like one more way for companies to steal our data. Biggest question will be longevity but so far I'm very pleased.

First use a 2 inch scratch on cooktop. Used stainless steel pan. Did not move pan.
Oven temp is lower.
