Bosch 800 Series Induction Range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have cooked on several electric coil range as well as natural gas ranges and nothing compares to the Bosch Induction system, it is the fastest way to bring liquids to a boil, the stove elements do not generate heat into the room as it is only heats the pan or pot. The temputure of the oven is extreamly accurate making a better baking experiance, although it takes longer to heat up than I would like. All in all, in my opinoin it's the choice on the market.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Luxury appliances are the way to go! We did a ton of research on high-end appliances and Bosch was the best choice for us! The induction cooktop is bananas! The oven has many choices from convection/bake, bake, pizza etc. Love, love, love this stove/range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love the stove top and oven. Induction is incredible. 2 cups of water boil in ~45 seconds. The knobs set this apart from other induction ovens. This Bosch has the luxury and quality feel and is a few thousand less than Viking or Miele. The deciding factor was that this was in stock at Home Depot. It's also nice that the door is shorter than many other ovens so it doesn't stick out as far in the kitchen. The fan is really loud when the oven decides it needs to regulate heat. You can't control it as othere noted, but you can open the oven (if you're done cooking) to bring the temperature down more quickly so the fan turns off sooner. I don't recommend purchasing from Home Depot. The installers had no experience with this oven and insisted it was supossed to be installed in the wall. When I showed them the feet, they said feet is an extra installation cost. They left the oven in the middle of my kitchen and I installed myself. Not difficult, but it does take time getting the oven balanced and at the right height and installing tip-over prevention bar.

Baking a cake as i am writing this

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can not say how nice it is to have good equipment in the kitchen! After cooking on a variety range for the last three years I just want to hug my new range. Not only does it look great it cooks great!! Oven is dead on and I LOVE induction cooking. Did all the holiday baking with out having a ything be oven baked on on side not baked enough on the other. So glad we made the purchase. Now if the rest of my kitchen was as great as my bosh dishwasher and range.
