Bosch Induction Range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When my electric range quit working, i decided to look at induction ranges. i looked at all available induction ranges in my area and settled on the Bosch Freestanding range. It's gorgeous and understated unlike all the flashy all-electronic ranges that we examined. It's more of a hybrid incorporating both electronics with more familiar elements such as dials making it more intuitive. We are very pleased and the learning curve has been minimal. The reason we're only giving it 4 stars because the glass top doesn't overlap the countertop on the sides so i had to find a way to cover the gap. Also, the oven fan is a bit louder than our older range

Glad we made the move

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bosch range is meeting all our expectations. The cooktop burners heat quickly and efficiently. The oven is fine as well. It has a variety of convenient features, such as proofing mode on the oven for baking and it's mostly easy to learn, but our one critique is that the labels on the oven dial are very difficult to read.

Induction range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love my new range. I am able to control the heat while cooking so much better than the gas. This is superior to gas range any day! Plus it looks so much nicer and easier to clean the top compared to my gas range top. The oven is great. It takes awhile to heat up but that is normal for any range. Love the proofing option for bread making.

Induction Range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased the Bosch 800 series Induction range about 3 months ago. It is by far the best oven we have ever owned. The pizza setting works great, boils a kettle of water in about a minute, easy to clean the cooktop. The oven racks are very heavy duty and the oven glass offers high visabilty to what ever you are cooking.

I only have one suggestion. The legs need to be able to lower the range about another 1/4 inch. The glass doesn't set flush with my counter top.
The over baked evenly.
The range top cooks fast on and fast off identical to a gas range.

Perfect for Cooking, but Poor Industrial Design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This all-electric induction stove is so much better functionally (and healthwise) than the gas stove that we replaced. BUT, the simple industrial design features of this stove are poor: (1) No temperature readout of the oven temperature as it heats up—only a red line that grows longer, with no indication of what it means; (2) shiny control knobs are unreadable no matter the light conditions—this is particularly annoying when trying to see the oven setting on the knob.

800 Series Induction Range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love our new induction range. Boiling water for coffee is so quick I barely get the pour over cup ready before the water is ready to be poured! It wipes so clean. The oven works great too. Love the pizza mode
