Take Caution....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very excited for this range and I like it very much. Howerver, the back vent that comes up during cooking has ruined my expensive newly installed quartzite backsplash. It has left dark brown marks.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Based on what you are describing it sounds like the appliance you are referring to is a downdraft ventilation system which is not included with the range. Please contact our Customer Support team at 1-800-944-2904 and be sure to have that model and serial number information on hand. You may also send an email to BoschCare@bshg.com with a copy of the sales receipt, the model and serial number of the appliance, a current diagnosis and any previous service history from a Bosch authorized service provider along with your contact information, so we may look into this further. A Mighty Good Range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always wanted a more industrial range! When I saw this one, it was love at first sight. I love that it's simple to operate! The control panel is easy to read! The oven is absolutely perfect...when a recipe says bake at at time and temp, you better believe it will! I've found the control to be absolute perfection! Oh, the simple thing I love is having those lovely legs! I can now clean under my range! It's just what I needed and wanted in my newly renovated kitchen! Thank you to Bosch for making me so happy!

Good looking freestanding range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had this for about a month and no problem so far. We have not used the oven yet, but I would think it would work fine knowing how reliable Bosch appliances are. Nice and clean design. No complains for far.
