Would only work when plugged in. Tried everything from updates to the software and different USB slots. Nothing worked. Also, on the software armory crate it was stuck at charged 50% even though it was plugged in for hours
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It’s a pretty good keyboard probably not worth the price because the wireless dongle broke within the first two weeks of owning it

ASUS is an ISO certified company, as a result, all products go into a strict quality manufacturing standard. All ASUS products undergo intensive quality control testing and inspections that ensure each one is trouble-free, and are built to last. The Dongle broken after two weeks of usage is random. To resolve the issue, please check if the USB port on your PC is still working properly. If the USB port was verified working, we recommend you send in the Keyboard, with the Dongle, for service to determine if the USB Dongle is faulty so this may be resolved immediately. Awesome keyboard, I prefer having a 65% layout because I still get my Delete key, and having the arrow keys is a huge plus as well. Great battery life, bright and vivid colors, this keyboad just shows that it's a product of ASUS collective knowledge over the years. This is a very polished keyboard and to me worth every penny.

Keyboard inputs keys that I’m not clicking. For example during gameplay suddenly the s key will be recorded as pressed even though I’m not pressing anything. Makes it so the keyboard is unreliable and useless. This happens over wireless and wired connections.
