It dries quickly and effectively, however, when drying large blankets or several blankets at a time, something messes with the heat sensor and it will stop mid-cycle repeatedly. The only way to get passed it, is to let it sit and cool down for a long period of time, which really messes with bedding wash days.
I like the product so far. One concern is that while in timed mode the dryer goes from Low Medium High and then Extra High. I have chatted with support and they says this is normal operation. I'm not sure tho.

We're pleased that you're liking your new GE Appliances gas dryer, and we understand your concern regarding the heat setting the dryer changes from when on the timed dry cycle. However, it is normal for the dryer to go from Low, Medium, and Extra High during the timed dry cycle.
