We regret to hear if you find the LinkBuds sound quality low or subpar, and they did not fit you well causing them to fall out. We’d love to help you troubleshoot your problem to make sure your LinkBuds is great.
If the headset is not worn properly in your ears, you may not obtain the correct sound qualities or call performance. If the part of the headset where sound is output is not oriented correctly toward the ear canal, the sound quality may sound poor or the left and right sound localization may sound misaligned. The LinkBuds may also fall out or feel uncomfortable during use if you don't wear the LinkBuds properly or the ear fitting supporters are not correct for your ears.
Medium-sized (M) ear fitting supporters are attached to the LinkBuds at the time of the purchase. If they are too big or too small, select a different fitting supporter to help the LinkBuds fit better and feel more comfortable. We recommend starting with the larger sizes and working your way down to the smaller sizes until you find the best fit. I really like these earbuds. They fit great and sound good. On thing I would change about it is the amount of bass. Even after adjusting the equalizers on the app, it still doesn't have a lot of bass. The mids and highs are flat and not overdone.

I try and walk every day, I have a pair of Noise Cancelling ear buds but I do not want to block out the street noise while I walk. I got the LinkBuds and now I can listen to my music and still hear the street noise. The LinkBuds sound fantastic and when I am not using them, I put them back into the case and it all fits nicely in my pocket.

Been using these for about a month now and have no issues. I've found that i can wear them for about 7 hours before experiencing any discomfort. They are a great price and have good sound quality. I use them at work(an airport) and the noise cancelling can silence some jet engine noise. The higher the volume the better the cancellation. The LDAC connection to my Sony Xperia 5 iii provides a good listening experience. I've found that by default, they are a bit bass heavy and adjust the mids up a little, amd the highs up a little more offers a very clear and reasonably balanced experience. They are also very small amd low profile while being worn which is a plus. Also no issues with single side use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow! I use these LinkBuds so much more than I thought I would. The audio is crystal clear. When I'm watching a movie or listening to music it feels like I'm in surround sound. They are also comfortable to wear. I used them for a 3-hour flight and they were very comfortable. So great fit, awesome sound, and pairs easily with my phone!
