I love the design and features but I use them for audio books while I work and is cant get the to last more than 2.5 hours of run time between charges

battery life is less than expected, I have all the special features turned off and am lucky to get 4 hours, advertised at least 5.5 hours. I have to use 1 earbid at a time to get through the work day on a single charge.

The communication between the devices will be poor if there is an obstruction between the unit and the connected device. Try the following:
Change the position or location of the unit or connected device.
If the connected device has a cover on it, take it off to improve the communication distance.
If the connected device is in a bag or in a pocket, try moving the position of the device.
Place the devices closer together to improve signal transmission.

I bought these several days ago, here are my original thoughts, very good connection, pairs fast and easy. They also are very pocketable with good battery life. They lasted me 4 days without charging. The ambient sound and Noise canceling features work great. The only issue i have is with the touch controls. You can set either side to be whatever set of controls you want. (They have several options from sound mode to playback controls) the issue is that when using only one earbud you cannot change the controls for the bud. So for example if I use only the left earbud (which I use for changing noise canceling when using both) I cannot change the volume without using my phone. Not only this but the touch controls don’t even get used because why would I use noise canceling in one ear? Aside from that the only drawback is the missing wireless charging.
I would recommend this to a friend!
