We're sorry to know your LinkBuds audio cuts out and the battery power does not last long. We want to make sure that you’re taken care of and go through some troubleshooting with you to make sure your LinkBuds are great. Check the Available operating time in your model's Help Guide for operating times of the headphones on a fully-charged battery.

If you set the following functions, the available operating time of the battery becomes short.

• Equalizer
• DSEE
• Speak-to-Chat
• Function to launch the voice assist function by your voice
• Service Link
• Sound quality mode during Bluetooth playback: Priority on sound quality

If the headset is not worn properly in your ears, you may not obtain proper sound quality or volume. The earbud headphones use left and right simultaneous Bluetooth transmission method. This means the Bluetooth connection stability is improved compared to more conventional headphones. However, intermittent audio, or no audio may occur under the following situations:

• In a location where the Wi-Fi signal is inconsistent, such as on a train, an airport, or rail station
• When using in an environment with a congested Wi-Fi signal, near to other wireless audio devices using Wi-Fi, microwaves, phones.
