very small, lightweight and comfortable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the first time I’ve owned and used the wireless Sony Linkbuds earbuds. In the box I found the wireless earbuds with attached supporter, additional ring supporters in various sizes, charging case, and a usb type-c cable. The Sony Linkbuds have a comfortable and unique open ring design. The Sony Linkbuds produced high quality clear sounds during phone calls and while listening to music. I was able to control the audio by tapping in front of my ears. The Sony Linkbuds are very small, lightweight and comfortable to stay in my ear all day.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Best Ear Buds

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m simply simply in love with these Sony Linkbuds, that I don’t even know where to start. It was so easy to link with my iPhone, I love the shape of the linkbuds fit in my ear perfectly, don’t have to worry about them falling out, like the AirPods. The linkbuds fits so snuggly in my ear but not irritating at all, and the volume is so beautiful the sound is crystal clear. I wore the Linkbuds while I was exercising and I felt like I was in my own world, I did not once feel like they were going to drop out my head and the music sound so good I caught myself singing out loud a couple of time. Let’s not forget about the cute small case they come in, fit perfectly in my pocket or in my pouch while exercising . I so so in love with these Linkbuds they are perfect!!!

Connectivity Issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These headphones have a unique design, resting at a diagonal in the ear, with clear, flexible rings that fit under the ridges of your ear. It comes with various sizes which should accommodate most ears. I was able to move my head around and they stayed in place. The unit does go into your ear and is round. The more I wear them the more I personally dislike the circular portion going in my ear.
When I went to pair the LinkBuds with my bluetooth I was asked to download the “headphones connect” app. It had me do things like take a photo of my ears, and move my head side to side and up and down. The only way to really learn the functions of the device was trial and error and playing around on the app. You can control volume, playback and other features with double or triple taps near your left and right ears. The app allows you to personalize these preferences. You can also set it up to stop playing if you talk.The downside is it also turns off if someone talks to you. The app will show you the battery life remaining on each bud as well as the charging case. The case charges with the included cord. The case itself is a very light gray and almost feels like smooth cardboard, because it is made from recycled plastic.
These linkbuds are not noise canceling so you can hear if someone is trying to talk to you. I found the sound to be what I would expect. I wasn’t looking for anything fancy, just small enough for when I travel so I can play music or watch movies. Within a few days of using them, I experienced some waves of sound coming in and out and light crackling on the left side. Then the left bud stopped working. I struggled to get it reconnected and even though I always charged both buds together, it would show the right at 100% but the left disconnected. After a day of struggling to reconnect the left side, I finally got both playing music again. Within an hour the waves of off and on music and crackling began, now in both buds, then silence. They both disconnected. They had been fully charged. I have tried to reconnect again with no success. I also tried to update the software but it would not allow me to.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

While we're glad you appreciate the small charging case design that is made using recycled plastic materials and you're utilizing the different functions on the Sony Headphones Connect app, we regret to hear you're experiencing Bluetooth disconnection issues with the unit. The communication between the devices will be poor if there is an obstruction between the unit and the connected device. If you haven't yet, try the following:
• Change the position or location of the unit or connected device.
• Connect the headset and the Bluetooth device once again.
• Set the headset to “Priority on stable connection”.
• Set the headset into the charging case and close the lid of the charging case, and then remove the headset from the charging case to connect the headset to the Bluetooth device.
• Reset and Initialize the headset, and pair the headset and the device again.

Actually fits my ears

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had issues with ear buds fitting in my ears because they are fairly tiny. One thing I really love about these is the fact they don’t have a rubber piece I have to insert inside my ears. Whenever I have tried earbuds with the rubber they are so uncomfortable and suction into my ear causing pain. These sound great without having that piece and I am very happy. The sound and quality is great and I like that they are not noise canceling. I also don’t have any issues with them falling out of my ears as long as I insert them correctly. I like that I can control the volume of them just by tapping the ear piece. I also like how long the battery life lasts. I can use them several times probably 3-4 hours at a time before needing to charge them again. They easily connect to Bluetooth without any issues as well.

Good quality sound

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the Sony Linkbuds and I am in love with the sound quality. I usually only wear one bud at a time and the quality is still good. I dont have any problems with the bud falling out, kinda fits real snug in the ear. They're light weight so they don't make my ears ache. The charge lasts forever! The case is so tiny I can fit it in my pocket pretty discreatly. I can not figure if they are a touch turn off or skip. I can't find directions that came with them. The linkbuds come with extra sizes for the loop that tucks in the crease of the ear, I appreciate.
