I was saving up for these earbuds thinking they would be great for work but when I got them they just don't fit nicely! I've tried all of the adjustable bands but they hurt to wear. they also are a bit touchy to fit aswell, they sometimes fall out if I don't out them in tight enough or they hurt and I can wear them for any longer than 20 minutes.
I've followed the videos and I'm just not sure what I'm doing wrong or if my ears are just too small for the product.

Hi Dest44, thank you for choosing and purchasing our product. We're sorry to hear that you have an issue fitting the headset into your ears. Align the protruding part of the headset with the hole part of the fitting supporter and firmly insert the fitting supporter all the way. Do not attach the fitting supporter in a loose or skewed manner. After attaching the fitting supporter, check that there is no floating between the fitting supporter and the headset. Lasting 12 months before needing to be replaced.

Worked really great for about 6 months. After 6 months the right earbud stopped registering when it was removed from the case. Would need to put it back and take it out a couple times before it reconnected to the phone. After about 12 months the left ear bud started having issues with the battery only lasting about 20 to 30 minutes before completely dying. I was really hoping that these were going to last a lot longer than this.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Convenient and comfortable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sony LinkBuds are so convenient. They fit comfortably in my ears. I like the fact that I'm still aware of my surroundings while wearing them. They have very good sound quality. They also have great voice call performance. Sony has always been a name that I know and trust and these linkbuds certainly didn't disappoint me.

Amazing sound

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So if someone told me that I’m going to make some earbuds with a hole in the middle I’d of thought they were a bit mad....but it turns out they were a bit of a genius. Simply put, I love them. They let you experience the world around you, but do so whilst enjoying music, voice calls and cover everything from work to pleasure.
Sound- let’s start here as it‘s clearly had to be adapted to working with the background. They have good bass and sound wide, open and natural. Allowing the background sound in makes them safe for walking around in public or for hearing that essential update on public transport. The earbuds are super comfortable and very light- which is great as with this design you never need to take them out. Think about it- we all take our ear buds out when we need to do something else- not anymore.....they solve a problem you didn't even realise you had. They've been really good for working from home and they stay in all day quite easily.
Call quality is top draw. Waterproof rating means that working out is no problem and the good (adjustable) fit means they stay put.
Set up was a doddle- up and running in a minute. The dedicated app allows more control and is intuitive. As you would expect there are no issues with the Battery, gets me through a day no problem. Top marks for the environmental credentials- no plastic in the package and they include recycled plastic for the product. So genius is a big claim- but these ear buds really have changed how I use an everyday item.

This product could use an upgrade as far as sound is concerned. The case is great, because it's compact enough for it to fit comfortably in a pocket. Charge is great but like I said sounds needs help.

For the sound quality, if the headset is not worn properly in your ears, you may not obtain the correct sound qualities or call performance. If the part of the headset where sound is output is not oriented correctly toward the ear canal, the sound quality may sound poor or the left and right sound localization may sound misaligned. If you haven't yet, please check that you are wearing the headset properly in your ears and see if it resolves the problem:
